Walking by Faith When You Can’t See the Next Step

Before the breakthrough came the vision — and the choice to trust God with every step I couldn’t see yet. Here’s what happened…

What God Showed Me Before the Breakthrough

When I started this journey, I didn’t have all the answers — just a conviction that God wasn’t calling me to live average. I didn’t have the business plan fully drawn out, my systems neatly in place, or a perfectly curated timeline. What I did have was a stirring in my spirit that whispered, There’s more for you than this.

Every step since then has been a mix of faith, fumbling, and figuring it out.

I remember one particular turning point — the day I stopped asking if I could make this work and started asking how I would make it work. I had just come off a season of closed doors and unexpected losses. In that quiet place with God, I kept hearing the same verse:

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7

It was like God was handing me a permission slip to move forward even without the blueprint.

The Vision Before the Breakthrough

In that season, God told me to trust Him in a way I never had before — to have faith that breaks limits. I went into intense prayer and fasting, aligning my heart to hear Him clearly.

During those days, I began to see visions of progress — not small steps, but the fullness of what He was preparing for me. It wasn’t happening in real time yet, but in the Spirit, it was already complete. That meant it was real and reachable. I just had to believe.

And that’s the thing about walking with God — sometimes, you see it in your spirit before you hold it in your hands.
